Lila Albanozzo, an entrepreneurial woman on International Women's Day
Today, March 8, International Women's Day is celebrated in most countries and, of course, at Il Baco Da Seta women's fashion store in Spain and at Save My Bag Spain we also want to mark this day in the calendar and make our beloved Lila Albanozzo the protagonist.
Lila Albanozzo , owner of Il Baco Da Seta and Save My Bag Spain, is an enterprising, self-taught, businesswoman with a very interesting story.
In 1985, after spending several years in Valencia, Lila opened her first sewing workshop in the Valencian capital, although she also worked for years in haute couture in Valencian society. A businesswoman and entrepreneur at a time when she also had to reinvent herself and “find the formula” to continue opening the doors of her store every day.
Lila is now the owner of Il Baco Da Seta, Il Baco Da and Save My Bag Spain, in Valencia. In addition, together with his son Miquele Albanozzo, he has the exclusive Save My Bag for all of Spain. “We are growing every day, little by little, but without pause.” In fact, the Albanozzos already have different single-brand Save My Bag stores in Valencia, Alicante and Madrid.
In the Il Baco Da Seta and Il Baco Da fashion stores, we can find practical, comfortable and quality clothing for everyday use.
Lila told her story on Radio Valencia, with journalist Dora de Teresa. You can listen to the interview at the following link: http://www.ivoox.com/coach-ejecutiva-dora-teresa-entrevista-a-audios-mp3_rf_16559922_1.html
International Women's Day
On March 8, 1975, the UN officially declared International Women's Day, which claimed equal rights for all women.
In this article from The United Nations you can discover more about International Women's Day.
However, this fight for equality continues, and women continue to demand an end to discrimination, an end to gender violence, an end to inequality in many pillars of society, equality at work, and a long etcetera.
