Return of merchandise

Our policy, in compliance with current regulations, is to grant you the right to return any item purchased on Ilbacodasetaonline.com within a period of 30 calendar days from the purchase.

Any item, purchased on our website, returned in its packaging original, with its corresponding label (unstarted) and in perfect condition (unused, without stains...) will be accepted.

Il Baco Da Seta you will pay the amount of the order once you have verified that the merchandise meets the above conditions. We will return the money using the same payment method with which you purchased the item.

Before making the return, the customer will have to contact the Customer Service department, sending an email to tienda@ilbacodasetaonline.com orby contacting us by phone 963 94 17 89.

Mainland Spain:

• The first return of products is completely free, except in the sales.
• From the second return, if the reason for the return is that the order does not satisfy you or you need to change the size, we will refund the amount of the order but not the return costs.
• In the sales period, returns will be charged €5.

Other destinations:

• If the reason for the return is that the returned item is defective or does not correspond to what was requested in the order, Il Baco Da Seta will bear the costs of the return and new shipment.
• If the reason for the return is that the order does not satisfy you, we will refund the amount of the order but not the shipping and return costs.
• In returns due to size change, a new order. The costs of returning the unwanted product will be borne by the customer and the reshipping costs will be borne by Il Baco Da Seta.

Order cancellation

If the cancellation of the order arrives before the departure of the merchandise, the client will not have any costs.

In the case of a cancellation after the order has been shipped, the client will be responsible for the shipping costs as well as the return costs of this same order.
