Return of merchandise

Our policy, complying with current regulations, is to grant you the right to return any article purchased in Ilbacodasetaonline.com within a period of14 calendar daysFrom reception.

Any article, bought on our website, returned in its original packaging, With its corresponding label (without starting) and in Perfect condition (Without using, without spots ...) it will be accepted.

Il Baco Da Seta will pay the amount of the order once it has proven that the merchandise meets the above conditions. We will return the money through the same payment method with which he bought the article.

Peninsular Spain:

  • Product return is totally free, with a limit of two free returns per customer. From the third return, if the reason for the return is that the order does not satisfy you or need to change your size, we will reimburse the amount of the order but not the return expenses.

Other destinations:

Order cancellation

If the annulment of the order comes before the merchandise exit the client will have no expense.

In the case of an cancellation after the order output, the client will be in charge of shipping costs as well as the return costs of this same order.
